Description

Motala kommun är i behov av en projekteringsledare som ska leda hela projektgruppen från förstudieskede fram till och med ett förfrågningsunderlag för en styrd totalentreprenad enligt ABT 06. Projekteringsledaren ska i inlämnandet av detta anbud även presentera delar av projektgruppen. Motala kommun har för avsikt att uppföra en ny två parallell F-6 grundskola med i hopbyggd idrottshall. Skolverksamhet inplaneras i markplan under idrottshall, samt tillagningskök, fritidsgård med cafeteria och utemiljö med komplementbyggnader / miljöhus /skärmtak till cykel på fastigheterna Ekön 4:1, 4:2, 4 och 6 m.fl. Skolan ska dimensioneras för 392 elever, klassrummen ska dimensioneras för 28 elever samt 2 pedagoger, matsal ska rymma 200 elever samt tillagningsköket ska kunna leverera ca 600 portioner. På fastigheten finns idag en befintlig skolbyggnad, planen är att den ska rivas efter att den nya skolan är tagen i drift.
