Renovation of the Burghausen indoor pool - Electrical & telecommunications technology
The city of Burghausen intends to comprehensively refurbish parts of the existing indoor pool. The Burghausen indoor pool was built in 1970 and expanded in 2003 with an adventure area with sauna. As part of the current refurbishment measure, extensive modernizations are now being carried out in the original indoor pool from 1970. Scope of the refurbishment measure The following areas of the old building are affected by the refurbishment: - Bathing hall with 50-meter pool - Jumping hall with pool and jumping facility - Changing areas EC, as well as the premises of the bath administration - Staff areas in the basement - Technical cellar of the old building Not included in the scope of renovation: - The adventure pool area with sauna (extension from 2003) - The outdoor pool area, including the brine outdoor pool built in 2019 operation during the construction period - The sauna facility remains open during the entire construction period. - The outdoor pool is still usable in the summer months. Access and visitor guidance - During the construction period, visitor access takes place via a path along the Wacker Stadium, west of the construction site boundary.
