1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) Część 1 - świadczenie usługi bieżącego serwisu i okresowych przeglądów systemu klimatyzacji precyzyjnej, systemu klimatyzacji komfortu, systemu wentylacji mechanicznej w obiekcie CPD MSWiA przy ul. Smyczkowej 10 w Warszawie, 2) Część 2 - świadczenie usługi bieżącego serwisu i okresowych przeglądów systemu klimatyzacji precyzyjnej, systemu klimatyzacji komfortu, systemu wentylacji mechanicznej, w obiekcie OZ CPD MSWiA w Nowym Sączu przy ul. 1 Pułku Strzelców Podhalańskich 5, Budynek nr 16. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach określonych w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia – odrębnie dla każdej części, stanowiącym załączniki 1A i 1B do SWZ oraz projektowanych postanowieniach umowy wraz z załącznikami, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4A i 4B do SWZ.
