Construction works shall be carried out in accordance with the technical project (drafted by V. Žulio firm KUMPONAS, No 126TT-19-TP) in accordance with the legal acts regulating their performance and in accordance with the terms, conditions and terms of the draft contract. The scope of construction works is provided for in the technical project.
