Description

Achizitie produse alimentare pe loturi conform caietului de sarcini. Valoarea minima estimata pana la 31.12.2025 este de 4 410 745 lei fara TVA si reprezinta valoarea prezentei proceduri (in functie de care se va elabora si evalua ofertele), iar valoarea maxima estimata pana la 30.04.2026 este de 5 425 365 lei fara TVA si contine valoarea posibilelor suplimentari, conf.art.165 din HG nr.395/2016. Dreptul autoritatii contractante de a opta pentru suplimentarea cantitatiilor de produse este conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare. AC va raspunde la solicitările de carificari in a 11- a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor astfel incat ofertantii sa poata intocmi oferta. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 19.
