Description

Subject of the contract: the goods and related services specified in the technical specification (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘the goods’). The contracting authority shall not require essential tasks to be performed by the tenderer which submitted the tender itself or, in the case of a group of suppliers, by the partner of that group.
