The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust the supervisor with a task, the constituent elements of which may be as follows:
— diagnosis (DIAG),
— preliminary draft (AVP),
— project studies (PRO),
— business consultation file (WFD),
— assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT),
— visa Compliance Examination (VISA),
— Directorate for the execution of the works contract (DET),
— assistance in receiving operations (AOR),
Subsequent contracts, based on the framework agreement, after reopening of competition between the holders, will be awarded on the basis of the programme for each of the operations, which will be annexed to the consultation file for each subsequent contract.
