Description

Dieses Projekt soll auf Basis von identifizierten Anwendungsfällen aus dem BMDV und dem EBA untersuchen, welche Anforderungen und Bedarfe an Daten sich ergeben. Das Ergebnis soll dabei unabhängig von bestehenden Umsetzungen oder Datensätzen erzeugt werden. Eine Berücksichtigung bereits umgesetzter Systematiken für die Datenhaltung und -auswertung ist in der Erstellung des Konzeptes aber ausdrücklich erwünscht. Als Grundlage dafür dient eine Zusammenstellung von Aufgaben des BMDV und des EBA. Diese soll erweitert und konkretisiert werden, um daraus den Informationsbedarf ableiten zu können. Dieser Informationsbedarf soll dann untersucht werden, durch welche Methoden und mit welchen Daten er gedeckt werden kann. Ist der Datenbedarf beschrieben, soll dann eine ganzheitliche Systematik zur Ablage der Daten konzipiert werden.
