The subject of the contract is the construction of the EHB IS, which will form a single information system covered by the portal, which will then be broken down into relevant modules. The EHB IS will ensure a consistent, interoperable and integrated database of data on the energy performance of the building stock, share its data and transfer data to the EU Building Observatory, and make the data accessible to different users. It shall enable the creation, access, recording and storage of a digital energy performance certificate and a digital building renovation passport issued in accordance with Directive 2024/1275/EU on the energy performance of buildings (recast), as well as other data on the energy performance of the building.
