The subject of the contract is the construction of the EHB IS, which will form one information system covered by the portal, which will then be divided into the relevant modules. The EHB IS will ensure a consistent, interoperable and integrated database of data on the energy performance of the building stock, ensure the exchange of its data and the transmission of data to the EU Building Observatory and the accessibility of data to different users. It will make it possible to create, make available, register and store a digital energy performance certificate and a digital building renovation passport issued in accordance with Directive 2024/1275/EU on the energy performance of buildings (recast), as well as other data on the energy performance of a building.
