Scope Assignment / Agreement The scope of this tender is a solution for all interconnection between buildings and locations of RDW where a direct dark-fibre connection is not a solution. In addition, the solution offers a ‘marketplace’ where RDW can directly purchase services from 3rd-party providers (such as Microsoft Express Route). Outside Scope The RDW locations are connected to the Internet by default. These connections are not part of this invitation to tender. The links between the primary data centres in Groningen are also excluded from this tender and will be purchased separately by RDW.
