In the duly justified case, the maximum quantity estimated in the framework agreement may be supplemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 221 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement. The deadline within which the CA will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications / additional information will be the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders according to art.160 corroborated with art.161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions.
