Description

service contract for the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and support for evolutions after the start of an evolutionary integrated management software package (ERP), covering in an integrated manner:
— preparation and management of budgets,
— the applicable budgetary accounts in public-interest bodies,
— the double entry general accounts in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation (Law of 17 July 1975),
— cost accounting,
— management of the procurement cycle, including approval procedures,
— budgetary and accounting management of public contracts and other agreements,
— budgetary and accounting management of projects financed by the ESF,
— physical inventory and management of fixed assets. This contract is awarded by negotiated procedure with European advertising on the basis of Article 17 (3) (4) of the Law of 24 December 1993 on public procurement and certain works, supply and service contracts. The candidates concerned are invited to submit an application file containing all the documents referred to in points III.2.1 to III.2.3 of this notice.
