The subject of the procurement is the design service with design supervision, i.e. the preparation of project documentation for the structural reconstruction of 6 buildings damaged by earthquake in the area of the Svačić block, Zagreb: • Trg kralja Petra Svačića 3, • Andrije Hebranga Street 5 and 5/1, • Mihanovićeva Street 20, • Baruna Trenka Street 12, • Preradovićeva Street 38, • Haulikova Street 3 as regulated by the Reconstruction Act, the Programme of Measures and related regulations governing renovation, as well as regulations governing the performance of physical planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendments to those regulations. The Client reserves the right, based on objective circumstances, and before the beginning of the performance of a particular service, to replace the given location with another location in the same geographical area, with the application of the same contracted unit price. Also, the Client reserves the right, based on objective circumstances, to withdraw from one of the locations before the beginning of the performance of the operational coordination service, without the obligation to replace such a location with another, or without the obligation to issue an order for another location, if there is no other such location. At the same time, the contracting entity is not obliged to pay the contracted amount to the selected tenderer for the performance of the service for such a location, since the selected tenderer has not started the performance of the service.
