1. The subject of the contract is a printout service with the delivery of preventive materials to 17 KRUS organizational units, divided into parts: Part 1: a calendar on preventive issues for farmers for 2026, based on the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party; Part 2: lesson plans for children, coloring books and leaflets, based on the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party; Part 3: family prevention game for children, popularizing safety during work and staying on the farm, based on the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party. 2. Details of the description of the subject of the contract, for each lot, were included in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Chapter II of the SWZ. 3. Requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which performs the contract performance activities indicated by the Contracting Authority, are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract – Chapter II of the VMS. 4. For Lot 1 of the contract: a maximum of 50 calendar days from the date of submission of the graphic design by the Ordering Party. For Lot 2 of the contract: a maximum of 50 calendar days from the date of submission of the graphic design by the Ordering Party.
