the Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing order forms.The services are paid for by unit prices.This contract is concluded within the framework of a grouping of orders between the City and the Ccas de Brignais, the commune of Chaponost, the commune of Millery, the commune of Vourles and the Communauté de communes de la Vallée du Garon. The coordinator of this grouping is the Community of communes of the Garon Valley (Ccvg).The consultation for lots 1 to 4 was launched in autumn 2023. As lot 1 relating to services for the city and the Ccas de Brignais has been declared without action for reasons of general interest, it is necessary to restart it.
