Description

The refurbishment of Senate House, North Block to include the construction of a predominantly glass roofed space in the courtyard and reducing floor levels within the courtyard.
The central space created will provide additional space for students, staff and visitors for blended learning, to socialize and to use as break-out spaces.
The project also includes the refurbishment of existing accommodation to provide a mixture of teaching spaces, breakout space, academic offices and open plan office space.
The building is Grade II* listed and the works will require the approval of London Borough of Camden and English Heritage.
