Description

The subject of the contract is: 1) purchase of rights to use Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit or an equivalent service, for a period of 12 months from the date of the launch of the service, in the number of 3 000 000 Universal Credits or equivalent, 2) purchase of an increase (option right) in the amount of Universal Credits provided under the service indicated in point 1), for a period of 12 months from the date of the launch of the increase, 3) purchase of expert consulting producer services for the service indicated in point 1), for a period of 12 months from the date of the launch of the service, for a maximum of 500 man-hours, 4) purchase of rights to use Cloud Priority Support for the service indicated in points 1) and 2), for a period of 12 months from the date of the launch of the service, provided on a 24/7 basis. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract, it will constitute an annex to the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract are Annex 2 to the SWZ). The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131 para. 2 the law. The contracting authority may exercise the option right, which is described in detail in Chapter III of the GIP.
