Autoritatea contractantă intenționează achiziționarea de materiale consumabile, prin intermediul unui sistem dinamic de achiziții (SAD). Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 8-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea candidaturilor, respectiv în a 4-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de: data limită de depunere a candidaturilor - 15 zile, respectiv data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 8 zile.
