Description

This tender procedure, opened pursuant to Article 42 (1) (a) of Order No 2015-899 of 23 July 2015 and Articles 67 and 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016, concerns the supply of vertical and safety signalling equipment for the city of Corbeil-Essonnes. There is no plan to break down into lots, as it would make the performance of the services more difficult technically and more costly. This contract is a framework agreement on order forms, in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of the same decree. It shall be concluded without a minimum annual order amount and with a maximum order amount. The period of validity of proposals shall be: 180 days from the final date for the receipt of tenders.
