Description

Auf den Liegenschaften des Landesbetriebs Immobilienmanagement und Grundvermögen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (LIG) soll in der Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld ein neues Learning Center für Studierende der Universität Hamburg entstehen. Für die Neugestaltung sowie für den bedarfsgerechten Ausbau hat der LIG die Ausschreibung eines innovativen Kooperationsmodells vorgesehen. Angesichts der besonderen und komplexen Anforderungen des Bauvorhabens soll die Projektsteuerungsleistung extern vergeben werden.
