1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 for the purposes of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2027. 2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2027 is approx. 3 374 MWh. 3. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ. The model contract contains Annex No 3 to the FTZ together with Annex No 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No 2 (power of attorney). 4. The description of the subject-matter of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract (the subject-matter of the contract is standardised – it will be performed identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), takes into account all life-cycle costs – margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty.
