Market investigation pursuant to § 24 BVergG 2018 concerning cleaning robots for the Ottakring Clinic (WIGEV KOR RRB) The City of Vienna – Wiener Gesundheitsverbund ("Client") is evaluating the procurement of collaborative mobile cleaning robots ("Cleaning Robots") for use (for the time being) in the Ottakring Clinic ("KOR"). The scope and purpose of the cleaning robots as well as the technical information to be collected as part of the market survey, which is essential from the client’s point of view, are described in detail in Part B – Catalogue of requirements. In order to obtain an overview of suitable solutions available on the market, the client carries out the non-binding market survey in question. Interested parties are invited to present their products or solutions in accordance with the client's requirements by participating in the relevant market survey. The aim of the market survey is therefore to evaluate the relevant market or potential bidders of a possible procurement procedure for the procurement of cleaning robots. The documents relating to this market survey shall be made available in German and English; Participation in the market survey is possible in German and English. Market Consultation - The City of Vienna, Stadt Wien – Wiener Gesundheitsverbund (hereinafter "WIGEV" or "Contracting Authority") operates several Viennese hospitals. Currently, WIGEV is evaluating the procurement of collaborative mobile cleaning robots for use (in a first stage) at Ottakring hospital ("KOR"), one of the hospitals operated by WIGEV. Part B – Requirements Survey contains relevant information on the intended area of application and purpose of the cleaning robots as well as information on essential technical information to be obtained in the course of this Market Consultation. To obtain an overview of suitable solutions available on the market, the Contracting Authority is conducting this Market Consultation. Market Participants are invited to present their products and solutions in line with the Contracting Authority's requirements. The purpose of the Market Consultation is to assess the relevant market and potential bidders for a possible tender procedure for the procurement of suitable collaborative mobile cleaning robots.
