Description

Cleaning services on 17 buildings under the auspices of Aarhus University in the University City, including the exam building in Lisbjerg. The 17 buildings are divided into a total of 7 addresses. The building will be used by Aarhus BSS, which will move its activities on Fuglesangs Allé to the University City in 2025/2026. Cleaning services are currently carried out by the contracting authority's own staff at Fuglesangs Allé, who are vacated and moved to the University City. It is a requirement that the contracting authority’s own staff associated with the vacating locations are covered by the transfer of business, which is why the Transfer of Business Act applies (Consolidation Act No 710 of 20 August 2022).
