Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-awarded framework agreement for an EOM mission to monitor studies and chamber consolidation work for the creation of 61 housing units in the Paris Habitat - OPH MLM Park. This framework agreement will make it possible to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded over the duration of the agreement and, in particular, to specify the procedures for determining the prices of the services envisaged, the missions each giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The MSs that will intervene when the needs arise will specify the characteristics and implementation modalities that will not have been set out in the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 500 000 excluding VAT over its total duration.
