Description

This notice announces the cancellation of the Movia Transport Company's tender for a contract for the provision of Services and related services for the use of a new ESDH solution in Movia. The Services and related services to be provided are further regulated in the contract and its annexes and include, inter alia, the provision, implementation, operation and maintenance of a new ESDH solution based on a “Software as a Service” (“SaaS”). The ESDH solution must meet a number of general and functional requirements as well as an adapted functionality to support Movia's customer inquiries and web forms (hereinafter referred to as "the solution"), cf. Annex 2 (Requirement specification). Movia wants the Solution to be based on standard functionality (cloud) as much as possible, and maintenance to be as simple as possible. These are services that in particular impose stricter requirements on the supplier in terms of data integrity, confidentiality and availability. Thus, it is expected that the supplier will at all times test and guarantee the integrity and completeness of the data processed in the Solution. Movia wants to create independence from suppliers and products in order to optimize the use of its resources both economically and commercially. The Supplier must therefore, as part of the performance of the contract, contribute actively and independently to the achievement of this goal, including ensuring Movia's ability to re-offer and hand over the tasks that are continuously carried out by the Supplier after the Solution has been delivered, including maintenance.
