Under this contract, the National Lottery wishes to select a single partner for the development of an integrated information platform. Initial priority is given to support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Management reporting is also required. The following elements are therefore part of the contract:

— Semi-operational CRM – Campaign Management/Campaign Management,
