Description

The basic scenario of the multi-sport complex on the site of the Léon Blum high school in Villefranche-de-Lauragais includes the creation of: - 1 semi-specialized room (22 x 18 m), - 1 SAE space (including a wall height of 12 meters), departmental level, - premises necessary for practice. The objective is to realize a functional equipment allowing the practice of sport for high school students including the implementation of baccalaureate tests. Local sports associations will also be able to use the equipment provided by the community, including the SAE room. This scenario includes: - 4 changing rooms/showers of 20 m2 each; - a 210 m2 climbing area consisting solely of a departmental level SAE wall (26 ml of wall over 12 m in height); - a semi-specialized room of 396 m2 (22 x 18 m). It allows the setting up of 8 table tennis tables or 6 combat areas. It is supplemented by 3 storage spaces: large equipment (tables, tatami, etc.), school equipment (small materials and equipment) and associative equipment (mesh box system). The total of the building would be 927 m ² and the external part would be about 530 m ². The financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority, which is the subject of the global programme, is 1 960 000.00 euro(s) HT This competition is a competition on ESQUISSE, PLUS BENEFITS SUPPLEMENTARY
