Description

Huddinge Municipality hereby invites tenders for replacements as a service in accordance with the instructions below and the attached documents.
Huddinge Municipality is in need of new IT support for replacement management. The aim is to match available staff (statutory surplus, pool and hourly) with a need for replacement/replacement at the customer/user.
The new system should be able to register at least 2000 users. The system will also be able to increase the number of users.
The aim is to find a solution to support effective planning of staff/replacements matching the needs of the client with the level of competence of the staff. The solution is needed to:
— comply with the Working Hours Act;
— be able to carry out LAS follow-up;
— for the effective use of the hours worked by replacements and to be able to check that they do not work more than 165 hours per month,
— ensure that personal information is not accessible to unauthorised persons;
— be able to communicate orders and confirmations with replacement staff and unit...
