The Contract concerns the provision of brokerage services for EBN with the following objectives:
— A high quality of insurance policies and related management,
— Be provided with professional advice, support and proactive services in particular in the areas of risk management, premium differentiation/risk profiles and own risk, as well as the valuation principles (retention reserves value or otherwise) and the inclusion in the policy,
— Professional claims treatment and relationship management with insurers and other stakeholders,
— A competitive price for these services,
— The insurance contracts start as of 1.1.2019; the General Liability Oil starts as of 1.1.2020.
