The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new track and road vehicle with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, with a permit to drive on public roads and the so-called. “Authorisation for placing in service/turnover of the Office of Rail Transport” for circulation on the railway network in Poland.
