The subject of the contract is Successive deliveries of diesel and heating oil for Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Ciechanów for 2026, divided into the following tasks: Part 1 Delivery of diesel fuel to tanks located in the landfill site in Wola Pawłowska commune of Ciechanów in an estimated amount of up to 330 000 litres Part 2 Delivery of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of up to 40,000 litres to an oil boiler plant located in the RZGOK building in Wola Pawłowska. The fuel supplied must meet all the quality requirements set out in: a) Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulphur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008); b) current Polish Standards: PN EN590 for diesel, PN C 96024 for heating diesel; c) and must comply with the standards and regulations as amended during delivery.
