Pursuant to the provisions of Order No 120/2024 amending the Annex to Order No 282/2017 of the Minister for Transport, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No 603/28.VI.2024, the contracting authority intends to purchase service uniforms and protective equipment for ISCTR inspectors (Lot 1 – 3) and has the main objective of equipping staff during the inspection and control of road transport and related activities, namely ISCTR inspectors, who are required to wear the service uniform with specific insignia and additionally protective equipment, in the event of roadside checks. Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of weaving products – Lot 1, for a period of 24 months, with an estimated value of the subsequent contract with the highest value of RON 1 800 740.00 excluding VAT and the estimated value of the framework agreement of RON 1 820 860.00 excluding VAT. The minimum quantity of the subsequent contract shall be 1 complete weaving equipment and the maximum quantity of the subsequent contract shall be 358 complete weaving equipment. Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of footwear products – Lot 2, for a period of 24 months, with an estimated value of the subsequent contract with the highest value of RON 229,120,00 excluding VAT and the estimated value of the framework agreement of RON 231,680.00 excluding VAT. The minimum quantity of the subsequent contract is 1 complete footwear equipment and the maximum quantity of the subsequent contract is 358 complete footwear equipment.
