The subject of the order is the delivery of a camera robot system on the tracks together with a set for controlling the robot and accessories to the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, hereinafter also referred to as the system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which specifies, among others: REQUIRED MINIMUM PARAMETERS/FUNCTIONALITY OF THE CAMERA WORKING SYSTEM ON THE TRACKS INCLUDING THE WORK CONTROL KIT AND ACCESSORIES. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots due to the fact that the contract in question is homogeneous and thus not divisible. It is necessary to provide an integral workplace: the supplier is also responsible for the installation and calibration of the entire system. a) if a specific assortment is indicated by name in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, this should be treated as a reference to the minimum level of technical and functional requirements. The name given is intended to specify the standard of quality and functionality required by the Ordering Party. b) The Ordering Party allows the submission of tenders covering an equivalent assortment, provided that the assortment offered by the Contractor meets at least the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract - at a level not lower than indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. c) The Contractor who offers an equivalent assortment is obliged to: -show that the offered assortment is equivalent to the requirements of the Ordering Party, -to the detailed description in the offer of the proposed equivalent assortment and to demonstrate its compliance with the technical and functional requirements - fill in the data in detail in column (2) of the table "DESCRIPTION OF THE CAMERA WORKING SYSTEM OFFERED BY THE CONTROL SYSTEM ON THE TRACKS INCLUDING THE SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF WORK AND ACCESSORIES" in Annex 2 to the SWZ. If the Contractor offers an assortment as indicated by the Contracting Authority in the description of the assortment, the Contractor may use and indicate the name itself. (d) The criteria for assessing equivalence include: -fulfilment of all the minimum technical parameters and functional criteria set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 2 to the SWZ. -ensuring at least the same quality, functionality and reliability as for the named assortment. In particular, with regard to the software, by equivalence, the Purchaser understands the need to: -ensuring full functionality offered by the software in the minimum version indicated by the Ordering Party, -availability for the equivalent system of those applications and software that are available for the alternative software or applications and software indicated by the Ordering Party, providing all the same functionalities. e) The Ordering Party reserves that if the equivalence of the offered assortment is not confirmed, the offer will be rejected on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. The performance of the contract shall take into account environmental aspects such as: a) The subject of the contract will be delivered in packaging made of easily recyclable material or from materials from renewable sources or should be reusable. Packaging materials shall be manually easily sortable and recyclable and shall consist of one type of material (e.g. cardboard, paper, plastic, textile material). (b) Staff training shall also include elements for adjusting and fine-tuning equipment parameters related to the use of electricity in order to optimise energy consumption. (c) Delivery shall take place on weekdays outside peak hours, i.e. between 9.00 a.m. and 13.00 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday. Minimum Required Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of signature of the acceptance report. The Contractor is obliged to ensure during the guarantee period, on the terms set out in the model contract: - free service and technical support (telephone 24/7) - along with the update of the installed software. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) delivery of a complete camera robot system on the tracks, 2) installation of the system at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 3) commissioning of the camera robot system on the tracks, 4) calibration of the camera robot system on the tracks, 5) conducting a two-day training of the Ordering Party's staff for at least 6 people and no more than 8 people from operating the system within the period agreed with the Ordering Party, but not longer than 14 days from the delivery and commissioning of the calibrated system.
