Description

This consultation concerns the acquisition of FPTLV training services for civil servants in hospitals, on the subject of professional writing. The aim is to select providers capable of offering a modular e-learning course, adapted to the different profiles of participants and meeting the pedagogical objectives defined below. The training system, entirely remote, will be organized in three progressive levels (modules 2A, 2B and 2C). Access to these levels will be based on the results of an individual positioning test (module 1A). Each module must be designed to be both a complement to the others and an autonomous course. This training programme should enable staff to develop their written communication skills in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of their professional writing.
