United Kingdom-Oxford: Interpretation services
Interpretation services to support people with language barriers, to access services and maximise their outcomes.
All interpretation services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and are requested/accessed by a professional on behalf of the service user.
This service does not include deaf/deafblind interpreting which will be tendered separately.
The services covered by this procurement have been sub-divided into 2 lots:
— lot 1: face to face language interpreting,
— lot 2: telephone interpreting.
