Continuation/extension of Notice 2010/S 193-295118, which has already been published.
The verification system is based on the Connexio online supplier information system operated by Achilles Information GmbH on behalf of several utilities (energy and water suppliers) from Germany, Eastern and Central Europe. Prequalification via connexio (level 1) is performed in such a way that potential or current suppliers of utilities, by replying to an online supplier questionnaire (supplier self-information) available at www.achilles.com/germany, enter, store and submit additional documentation once for all RUs users. Achilles checks the data entered by suppliers using a formal programme routine for their completeness, consistency and compliance with the requirements profile, and partly correct content (pre-qualification level 1).
The exact criteria for prequalification (level 1) are defined by the utilities using Connexio and are available on www.achilles.com/germany. The participating utilities reserve the right to adjust or change the criteria from time to time. The participating utilities have access to the supplier data collected and verified by Achilles via a password-protected website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
