La Métropole souhaite s'adjoindre les services d'un cabinet qui serait en capacité d'assister les managers dans l'accompagnement de collectifs et d'équipes opérationnelles dans un contexte d'évolution. Cela doit permettre d'améliorer la performance collective, la cohésion d'équipe et l'intelligence collective. Le manager, en tant que commanditaire métier, est le point d'entrée de la démarche d'accompagnement proposée, qui lui permet d'ancrer son rôle fédérateur de collectifs et d'organisateur de temps managériaux. Pour autant, l'offre s'adresse à l'ensemble du collectif et bénéficie potentiellement à toute typologie/catégorie d'agents
