Description

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to contract one Contractor for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including associated services such as employee measurement, return and circular processing. Within HHR, approximately 470 employees use work clothing and/or PPE. These employees work in different teams and carry out various activities, including water management and purification, maintenance of dikes and pumping stations, field inspections and supporting office work. The Assignment concerns the supply of Workwear and PPE as listed in Annex 2 Tariff Sheet. Workwear The following definitions apply to workwear: clothing that employees wear for the performance of their work and that can contribute to safety, recognizability and functionality. Occupational clothing shall at least comply with EN ISO 13688 and bear the CE marking Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): means intended to protect employees from risks to their safety and health. PPE must comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the applicable (European) standards.
