Description

The aim of the TK is to conclude discount agreements with all appropriate pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V concerning the active ingredient pegfilgrastim.
The contract is concluded as part of the TK’s open-house biologics procedure:
Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted and uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractors.
The maximum duration of the contract will be 24 months starting on 1.9.2017. The contract will end on 31/08/2019 at the latest, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract.
It is possible to join this open-house biologics procedure at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
