Description

en application des articles L2113-6 et 7 du Code de la commande publique, un groupement de commande a été constitué et une convention a été établie. Elle fixe le cadre juridique nécessaire à la passation de l'accord-cadre. Elle désigne Grandangoulême comme coordonnateur. A ce titre, Grandangoulême a pour mission d'organiser l'ensemble des opérations de sélection pour les membres du groupement. Par ailleurs, conformément à l'article L2113-7 du Code de la commande publique, le coordonnateur est chargé de signer et de notifier l'accord-cadre, chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne, s'assurant de sa bonne exécution. Les membres du groupement sont la Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Angoulême, la Ville d'angoulême, le Centre Communal d'action Sociale (Ccas) et le Syndicat Mixte pour l'aménagement, l'entretien et la gestion du Plan d'eau de la grande prairie (S.M.A.P.E)
