Description

The scope of work comprises grounds maintenance and minor new soft landscape works at Council Buildings. The Council intends to let a new contract to the incumbent supplier, Pinnacle Housing Ltd on 4.1.2016 for a term of 30 months. The value of the contract is approximately 45 000 GBP per year. The scope of the services will reduce significantly over the contract period due to the closure of several Council Buildings. There are also TUPE considerations that will impact on costs and complexity. For these reasons, it is unlikely that potential competitors would bid for the services to be provided during the contract period.
