NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH is responsible for the conversions of the York and Oxford barracks as trustees of the city of Münster. The order is placed on behalf of NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH and on behalf of the City of Münster. The client NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH intends - on behalf of the city of Münster - to build a new 5-group daycare facility on the Oxford barracks in Münster, Gievenbeck district. The city of Münster is a young, growing city, so that childcare needs for the daycare facilities have also been growing for years. A total of 1,200 apartments are to be built on the Oxford conversion area alone, the future Oxford district, over the next eight years. The resulting need for care places will increase continuously with the continuation of the housing completion and should be covered close to the location.
