L'opération consiste à la construction d'un bâtiment comprenant : - Espace Centre d'interprétation - médiation, pédagogie et projets scientifiques et culturels (espace d'exposition permanente destiné à faire découvrir aux visiteurs, de façon immersive, la société scandinave médiévale et ses relations avec la société carolingienne) - Espace accueil, boutique et espace détente - Espace de restauration - Espace d'exploitation : bureaux, zones de stockage, zones techniques... - Espace d'accès : parking, espaces communs, sécurité… La performance énergétique du bâtiment devra se conformer aux objectifs de la Labélisation E3C2. Le coût d'objectif des travaux est de 6 152 199 euro(s) HT. Cette opération comporte une clause d'insertion sociale (obligatoire pour certains lots et facultative pour les autres lots)
