Further development of a platform-independent, mobile and offline-capable test client for the task database ITEMS
The IPN has been working for several years together with Cap3 on an Internet-based test development and test administration platform. The software development takes place in an iterative process, which is based on the requirements of the respective study survey. As a result, the software is continuously further developed and adapted as required. The system can be used as an authoring system (item or test design), but should also be able to generate finished test booklets (as a so-called paper pencil version) and computer-based tests in the future. In addition, there is interest in various projects of the IPN that test systems for tablet computers, I-Pads, etc. can also be generated from the system.
