The subject of the contract is: Collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality and the City of Nisko. 4.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order: As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform the following services: 1) collection from owners of real estate on which residents live and from owners of real estate on which residents do not live, but municipal waste and transport are generated: mixed municipal waste, (b) separately collected municipal waste: paper, paperboard, paper and paperboard packaging, glass, glass packaging, metals, metal packaging, plastic packaging, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging, ash, (c) biodegradable waste: grasses, leaves, branches, vegetable kitchen waste, etc. in a pollution-free state; 2) collection from pharmacies, the point of separate collection of waste expired drugs and their transport; 3) The commissioning, at the request of the operator of the Municipal Installation, of tests for delivered waste, in particular ash and waste from cemeteries in terms of organic carbon content, the costs of these tests being borne by the Contractor. 4) Running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at ul. Greenhouse 6 in Nisko, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point will be made available by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to obtain a decision on the temporary collection of waste in this point and to conclude contracts with suppliers of the necessary utilities; A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the FTZ and the Annexes to the FTZ.
