Description

Establishment of a composite framework agreement for the maintenance of equipment, technical supervision systems and the dedicated IT network of the Centralised Technical Management (CTM) at the Banque de France headquarters and the SERRIS and NOISIEL data centres. This composite framework agreement concerns, for Headquarters and Data Centres, the main business applications dedicated to monitoring installations and all the so-called ‘upper layer’ components of BMS systems. The services covered by the contract must meet the following objectives: − continuity of service and operation, taking into account the sensitivity of sites and facilities; − control and maintenance of the level of cybersecurity of BCMs; − maintainability, durability and operational performance of the installations at the optimum level; − reliability of installations and equipment; − sustainability of facilities and equipment through the implementation of a preventive maintenance programme; − maintenance of installations in accordance with safety regulations, in particular those relating to the regulation of the Labour Code, and the rules of the art; − continuous search for improvement of the requested results set out in this contract, by setting up and using the appropriate means and resources of the Contractor.
