GR de Bevelanden is looking for a robust and future-proof system for the integral management of personnel and payroll administration, including leave and absence registration, declarations and recruitment. The aim of this tender is to acquire a solution that supports the administrative processes while increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisations. When choosing the system, not only the costs are taken into account, but also the user-friendliness, safety, stability, innovativeness and the degree of integration of the system. A system that is able to work seamlessly with other systems within the organization and that contributes to a future-oriented digital transformation is preferred. The aim of the tender is to arrive at an implemented e-HRM system in the form of a Software as a Service (SaaS) application, including the associated maintenance and the associated services.
