Contract Supply, Installation and Commissioning : Medical Equipment Gastroenterology and Medical Genetics / 2 batches
Lot 1 – Integrated 4K digestive videoendoscopy system with therapeutic linear ecoendoscopy and related facilities: • Full 4K videoendoscopy line – provides very high resolution images for accurate endoscopic diagnosis and treatment . • RF videocoledocoscope with electrohydraulic lithotriptor – visualises bile ducts and allows minimally invasive ablation and fragmentation of stones . • Transnasal HD videogastroscope – used for minimally invasive explorations of the upper digestive tract, providing increased patient comfort. • Adult videogastroscope – intended for routine gastric exploration, provides clear images for the detection of ulcers, polyps and tumours. • Therapeutic videogastroscope – allows advanced manoeuvres, including biopsies and minimally invasive endoscopic treatments. • Standard adult videocolonoscope – a tool for detecting polyps and colorectal cancer through high-clear images . • Removable distal head videoduodenoscope – for duodenum and bile duct exploration, easy to maintain and safe for the patient . • Therapeutic linear videoecoendoscope – combines ultrasound with endoscopy for precise guidance in biopsies and gastrointestinal treatments. • Video-enabled ultrasound – provides real-time images to assess internal structures and guide procedures . • Gastroenterology workstation (electrosurgical unit, Argon-Plasma coagulation, water jet dissection, irrigation pump) – supports complex endoscopic interventions with precision and safety . • Electrocardiograph – allows monitoring of cardiac function before and during endoscopic procedures . • Mobile surgical mass – facilitates the correct positioning of patients in gastroenterological interventions . Lot 2 – Equipment for medical genetics Lot 2 contains equipment necessary for clinical and metabolic evaluation within the specialty of medical genetics, namely: • Body analyzer, to determine body composition and evaluate metabolic risk; • Thiliometer scale, designed to accurately determine the weight and height of patients. Ancillary operations related to the supply of equipment include: • Delivery and commissioning of equipment by authorized personnel, operations included in the tendered price; • Training of the operating and medical staff at the premises of the beneficiary as an integral part of the delivery of the equipment. The training will include not only the correct and safe use of equipment, but also the application of sustainable practices such as: carry out preventive maintenance according to manufacturers' recommendations, in order to extend the life of the equipment and maintain its performance; optimising the use of resources in order to reduce energy consumption and minimise waste generated in the work process; o compliance with environmental protection rules and regulations on the responsible management of potentially polluting consumables and materials. Deadline for requesting clarifications to the tender documentation: 18 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders . In accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
