Description

1. This public contract is awarded in lots (pursuant to Sections 35 and 101 of the Act). Each lot is an entirely separate subject of the contracting authority’s procurement procedure. Unless otherwise provided by the TD, the individual provisions of this TD shall apply to all parts of the TD. A more detailed breakdown of the contract into lots is set out in Part IV of this tender documentation. 2. The outcome of this contract is, for each of the lots, the conclusion of a framework agreement with at least one supplier and a maximum of 15 suppliers. The duration of this framework agreement is fixed at 12 calendar months from the date of its entry into force. The place of performance shall be the contracting authority's individual centres and travel agencies.
