Периодична доставка по предварителна заявка на лекарствени продукти, включени в Приложение 2 на ПЛС, съгласно чл. 262, ал. 6, т. 2 от ЗЛПХМ, необходими за изпълнение на лечебната дейност в „СБАЛПФЗ – Бургас“ ЕООД за период от 12 месеца.
Лекарствените продукти, предмет на настоящата поръчка, са подробно представени по лекарствени форми, количество лекарствено вещество, единица мярка и необходимо прогнозно количество в приложената към документацията „Техническа спецификация“ Приложение № 4. Условията за изпълнение са съгласно приложения проект на договор
